Fees are a sensitive issue for most of us. No one likes to think that they are getting ripped off. We agree. We are up front about fees because we too are in business. We want you to be happy with every aspect of our representation – including the fees. We have a variety of fee structures available and we encourage you to seek out another lawyer before entering into any agreement for services from us. We advise you to take the time to read our fee agreements, to leave our office, and take them home with you before signing. We will answer any questions you may have about the agreement. We want to work with you. We are going to be part of your team and we cannot emphasize that as a member of your team loyalty and trust are essential. In order to have that type of relationship –EVERYONE must be informed.

We conform with the State of California requirements for fee agreements which are found in the Business and Professions code Sections 6146 through 6149. Additionally, Rule 4-200 and 4-210 establish standards governing legal fees and we negotiate our fees with you based on the facts and circumstances of your particular case. In other words, each fee agreement is unique to your situation. To show our flexibility we offer the following forms of Fee Structures:

Hourly –this is the traditional structure where we bill for the time we put into your matter.

Flat Fee –Some matters are so standardized that we can offer a flat fee service for them such as                        negotiating or drafting a contract.
% of moneys received under a contract negotiated.
          Monthly Retainer agreements

Fees are our bottom line and we want it to be yours as well. As your representative we want you to know what we cost. We think you will find that your investment in us will reap huge rewards for you personally, professionally, and for your business ,over the term of our relationship. We are professional so you can be.
